Island Alpaca Company is a 19-acre farm on Martha's Vineyard that provides fun activities, and farm visits year-round. They also teach the public about alpacas, and the fiber they produce.
Owner Barbara Ronchetti loves that you don't have to hurt the animal in order to take advantage of their wool, and has a beautiful farm shop where she sells alpaca goods like handmade blankets, and hats.
Check out the farm this winter on Fridays and Saturdays from 11am-4pm at 1 Head of the Pond Road - located right off of Edgartown-Vineyard Haven Rd.
