With former professional chef Tina Miller as general manager, Plum is taking Turkey Day more seriously than ever.
For the second year in a row Tina prepared a Thanksgiving feast at Marsha and Patrick Ahearn's beautiful Edgartown home - leading everyone there to give thanks for the yummy grub and comfortable setting
Director of engineering John Murray gave us an update on the Harbor View renovations, and Matthew Stackpole from the MV Museum talked cranberries with a hand-held antique cranberry scoop for illustration. John Clese and Alan talked about the current real estate market, and Paul Mahoney gave lawn tips to Tina and Guinevere - and somehow an entire meal materialized at the same time.
The food was great - especially the cheesecake with a caramel-pecan topping - and the company was just as sweet.
The Thanksgiving Special will be airing from today - Friday, Nov. 16th through Thursday, Dec. 6th.
