With the warm weather approaching the Spring real estate market on MV heats up accordingly.
Last week a total of 22 properties were sold. As usual, Edgartown took the lead with 8 transactions, 6 in Vineyard Haven, 3 in Oak Bluffs, 3 in Chilmark, 1 in West Tisbury, and 1 in Aquinnah.
Each week there is a LINK tour in one of the Island towns for brokers to view newly listed properties. (LINK is MV's version of MLS) The most recent LINK tour in Edgartown broke a record with over 20 new homes for view on the weekly tour.
Buyers, be smart, it’s a great time to make a deal with a smorgasbord selection that we haven’t seen in over a decade.
